accordance with the provisions of the Tertiary and
Vocational Education Act No. 20 of 1990 and the Development plan
published in extraordinary gazette notification
no. 887/8 dated 7th September 1995,
all the training institutions conducting
Tertiary Education courses and Vocational
Education courses are required to be registered in the TVEC. |
