Prepare and update Corporate Plan and Annual
Implementation Plan of the TVEC
In
fulfilling the good governance principles of the
Government of Sri Lanka, the TVEC prepares its Corporate
Plan with a 05-year development horizon in line with the
"Mahinda Chintana" The Government's national development
policy framework. It is updated annually and available
as a rolling plan for perpetual succession of the
organization.
Annual
Implementation Plan (AIP) of the Commission is derived
from the Corporate Plan and is used as the main progress
monitoring tool throughout the year.
